As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the development and expansion of our sales channels as well as the development and implementation of our sales strategy. You will drive GasVisor's growth by tapping into promising markets and deepening cooperation with strategic partners such as Linde and facility management companies. Your mission: To establish our innovative solutions in the market and accelerate growth at European level. - Develop a sales strategy: Development of a scalable sales strategy for the various channels (Linde Sales, Facility Management, water bubbler companies, Direct Sales). - Key account management: Support and further development of strategic partnerships, e.g. with Linde GmbH. - Market development: Identification and development of new markets and target groups in the DACH region and beyond. - Direct customer contact: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and partners in the areas of facility management and water bubblers. - Marketing & Sales: Working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns. - Negotiation management: Responsibility for contract negotiations and the conclusion of long-term co-operations. Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring and optimisation of sales activities based on clearly defined KPIs and market analyses.
