You will build and own the commercial engine of Kindex. This includes identifying and approaching the right partners, shaping and refining the partner offer, negotiating terms, and closing agreements with integrity. You will design and test revenue structures such as commissions, packages, pilots, and featured formats, and turn early deals into repeatable, disciplined processes. You will manage a clear pipeline from first contact to long-term partnership, ensuring momentum, follow-through, and decisions. You will work closely with the founder on positioning and sequencing, helping define what comes next and what should wait. The challenge is not speed, but building traction that holds: growing partnerships, revenue, and trust together, without compromising quality or the family ecosystem vision.

You will co-create new startup ideas with us, validate business models, define go-to-market strategies and take early operational ownership. Long-term, you will step into a true founder role within one of our ventures.
Financial planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring. Contract preparation and partner coordination (tax advisors, insurers, law firms). Investor relations and capital acquisition. Data protection and IP rights management. Bridge function between company, partners, and external experts. Strategic decision-making authority within your domain.
Operative Verantwortung für Vertrieb und Marketing. Aufbau und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien, Lead- und Partnergewinnung, Funnel-Optimierung sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister. Enge Abstimmung mit mir als strategischem Part zur Skalierung der Projekte.
