What you bring to the team
Your strength may be robotics simulation, humanoid or legged robotics, robot learning, motion planning, control, manipulation, perception, or embodied data collection. What matters is hands-on depth and the ability to turn unclear technical goals into working experiments.
You should be self-driven, curious, and comfortable with uncertainty. This role needs someone who can read research, build prototypes, debug failures, and keep moving without waiting for a fully defined roadmap.
Requirements
You have strengths in...
- numbers, data and logic
- pushing and getting things done
You already have...
- worked as fulltime employee
What awaits you
Depending on your background, you may own simulation environments, motion generation, policy training, experiment tooling, teleoperation or mocap workflows, perception tests, robot behavior evaluation, or sim-to-real preparation.
The main challenge is to build the first working loop: collect useful data, train and test behaviors, understand what fails, improve the system, and gradually move from controlled simulation toward real robotic capability.
What we offer you
You will join at the earliest stage, while the product, architecture, and technical direction are still being shaped.
We offer a serious robotics challenge, high ownership, direct influence over core technical decisions, and the chance to help define the company from the beginning, and a meaningful founding equity package, with scope depending on experience, role, and level of responsibility.
About our project
Humanoid Robots for high-risk missions.
Robotics development, simulation, autonomy software, and later hardware development for humanoid systems.
Challenges
The main challenges are finding exceptional technical talent, securing enough funding to move beyond the early PoC, collecting high-quality motion and robotics data, and building a reliable path from simulation to real hardware.
