Initial commitment: around 2 days per week, moving toward full-time as sales grow, pilots and funding/revenue develop – likely in autumn.
A small cash compensation may be possible from early revenue. A regular salary is planned once the company has the financial base for it. Up to negotiation.
Location: remote-friendly, ideally Munich / Cologne / DACH for occasional in-person work.

We are building the AI-native control center for digital transformations of organizations - replacing traditional, expensive consulting staff augmentation with a scalable, data-driven solution.
Challenges
We are looking for a technical co-founder who can further develop our platform and help scale it up to enable the automated fulfillment of customer engagements.
