Location: remote-friendly, ideally Munich / Cologne / DACH for occasional in-person work.

ReachR turns digital transformation from a top-down rollout into a continuous, employee-driven change intelligence system.

We are building the AI-native control center for digital transformations of organizations - replacing traditional, expensive consulting staff augmentation with a scalable, data-driven solution.

Challenges
