Experience in gastronomy is highly valued, but not strictly required if you bring strong operational capability, fast learning ability and a hands-on mindset. You understand structured workflows and are able to build clear, scalable processes and SOPs.

You have a natural instinct for brand, aesthetics and customer experience — and you genuinely love building brands. You care about how a product feels, looks and is perceived. You think beyond daily operations and understand how execution and brand positioning must align.

You act entrepreneurially, take ownership and focus on execution. You understand margins, cost control and key performance indicators, and you have the leadership potential to build and guide a team. Most importantly, you are willing to be fully on-site during the build phase and lead from the front.

Together, we will build this concept from the ground up and turn it into a scalable system. As a founding team, we take full ownership of on-site operations, ensuring product quality, speed and consistency from day one.

We will design and implement operational structures, prep systems and clear SOPs that make the concept expansion-ready. At the same time, we shape the brand experience — from kitchen execution to customer touchpoints — making sure that operations and brand positioning are perfectly aligned.

As a team, we drive the launch, test, optimize and prepare the model for multi-location growth. We work closely on margins, performance metrics and operational excellence, continuously improving the system.
