You will work closely with the founder on positioning and sequencing, helping define what comes next and what should wait. The challenge is not speed, but building traction that holds: growing partnerships, revenue, and trust together, without compromising quality or the family ecosystem vision.

Building traction on both sides of the platform.On the supply side, onboarding and converting high quality partners with clear, scalable revenue mechanics. On the demand side, driving repeat usage and trust among parents. Sequencing growth, partnerships, and monetisation without compromising quality or focus is the main challenge.
