What you bring to the team

We’re looking for a technical co-founder, not an employee. You should have strong experience in building and scaling software products, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy environments. You’re opinionated about architecture but pragmatic in execution. You care about code quality, system reliability, and developer experience, and you’re willing to take real ownership — technically and economically.
Startup experience is a strong plus, but mindset matters more than titles.
You have strengths in...
  • numbers, data and logic
  • organizing and keeping stuff tidy
  • pushing and getting things done
  • structuring and strategic thinking
You already have...
  • worked as fulltime employee
  • lead fulltime employees

About our project

Build the default operating system for modern claims — turning slow, manual processes into fast, transparent, AI-driven workflows.

A software-first operating system for P&C claims that automates intake, orchestration, and communication across insurers, property managers, and service providers using APIs and AI.

Challenges
Building a scalable, resilient architecture that can handle complex, real-world edge cases in regulated environments. Designing AI systems that are reliable, explainable, and trusted by enterprise customers. Integrating deeply into existing legacy systems while maintaining speed and flexibility.

Target group
Primary customers are P&C insurers and large property managers. Secondary users include service providers and contractors who are integrated into the claims process through ClaimOS.
