Strong understanding of how real-life communities work, what makes people show up, stay and come back
Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord and how to use them not just for reach, but for actual activation
Ability to build and grow a community from zero, not just manage an existing one
Good instinct for content, hooks and storytelling, you know what makes people stop scrolling and take action
Hands-on mindset, you test ideas, launch fast, iterate and don’t wait for perfect conditions
Interest in startups and building something long-term, not just running campaigns
Ownership mentality, you think in outcomes, not tasks
Independent working style, but still aligned with a shared vision
Fluent in English, German is a strong plus especially for local rollout

I offer a clear vision, strong brand positioning, and a well-thought-out concept for Based, a social app designed to fix real-life loneliness. I bring experience in team management, event coordination, social media growth, and startup execution. Everything but code.
Challenges
Our biggest challenge is building trust and traction for a new kind of social interaction one that blends spontaneity with safety. On the tech side, integrating external event data and building a smooth real-time map experience without overwhelming users is a key hurdle.
