CTO wanted for Mental health app

You have deep knowledge in data security, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture. You are experienced in both Python and JavaScript, and you have solid experience in app development (frontend and backend). Ideally, you also have knowledge in AI implementation and machine learning.

You are capable of independently developing and extending new features, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance across the platform. You understand how to translate product requirements into efficient technical solutions and take ownership of the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Experience with DevOps, API integrations, and database management is a plus.

Driving innovation: proactively identifying new opportunities, proposing creative solutions, and shaping new product features that enhance user experience and engagement.

Preparing for international scalability ensuring technical compatibility, localization readiness, and infrastructure capable of serving users across multiple countries.

Supporting future expansion by helping develop a desktop version and additional integrated services that will extend the Focuspilot ecosystem.
