We are looking for a technical partner for a new project who would like to be part of a new financial product as CTO. We are looking for strong backend and data skills, as well as expertise in AI implementation and setup. We do not place any importance on location and are flexible when it comes to your home base. What awaits you

Your tasks will include the development, design, and implementation of all technically relevant areas for the realization of the planned financial application. You can work with any technology that suits you and fits your skills. You should also have AI experience and an interest in this topic, because we want to embark on this exciting new path together with you. Of course, you can also expect to take on corresponding responsibility for the company.

You will have almost complete freedom to work with us to realize, expand, and make the project a success. There are no technical restrictions for you, and we trust in your experience. For us, honest and fair cooperation is just as important as joint decision-making. The goal is to bootstrap the project and hold on to our own shares for as long as possible. We have sufficient expertise in marketing, creation/design, finance, and front-end development. The main challenge ahead is building a strong, agile sales team capable of scaling our platform adoption across diverse industries while maintaining close client relationships. Additionally, continuously enhancing our matching algorithms and platform usability to meet evolving expectations of both companies and young talent remains a priority.

Target group
Our target audience includes vocational training companies, HR professionals and recruitment teams in Germany looking to attract and engage Gen Z apprentices efficiently. On the candidate side, we reach young people seeking apprenticeships, internships and early career opportunities who expect a digital-first and intuitive recruiting experience.
