In the course of this, we are in search of a Head of Technology. If your expertise lies in immunology or protein drug development and you're eager to contribute to the development of a groundbreaking immunosuppressive drug, then we would be delighted to get to know you as well as introduce you to our dynamic and highly motivated team.

• Strong scientific background in immunology, ideally in combination with protein design, development and -analytics, or topical drug development and/or pre-/clinical studies, evidenced by your own scientific publications and business track.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, prepared for the highs and lows of startup life, including high-stress situations and the need for quick, creative problem-solving.
• Proximity to Braunschweig-Göttingen-Hannover area is advantageous; residence in Germany is required under subsidy law.

Your Role:
As the Head of Technology and a third co-founder, you will play a crucial role in the experimental development and optimization of our core asset: our active ingredient. You will have access to multicentric, state-of-the-art research and laboratory infrastructure. Your challenging goal will be the management and supervision of the entire research and development process of the immunosuppressant through the preclinical and clinical phases.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the experimental development and optimization of the protein-based drug.
• Development and implementation of methods to maximize the efficiency and efficacy of the immunosuppressant in preclinical and clinical trials.
• Ensuring that the product fulfils all regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g. ICH guidelines). This includes compliance with healthcare guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to gather feedback and ensure that the product meets the medical need.
• Cooperation and communicating with co-founders, advisory board, partners, investors and other stakeholders to inform about progress, challenges and milestones to align the development process with business strategy.

About InCapSolution:
InCapSolution is an emerging biotech startup, a collaborative venture between TU Braunschweig and Medizinische Hochschule Hannover. Our focus is on developing a protein-based topical drug, which can suppress the immunogenicity of allogeneic skin grafts. Among the numerous areas of application, we have defined the treatment of severe burns as the primary indication. With secured pre-seed funding, an impending patent application and significant market potential, we are poised to transform our business concept into a viable and scalable enterprise.

Currently, we serve as research associates at TU Braunschweig, where we're dedicated to advancing our business concept with an aim to launch our spin-off next year. Our efforts are bolstered through close collaboration with industry experts, ensuring a blend of academic insight and practical industry knowledge.
