DABBEL is looking for a Commercial leader (all genders) to join our team and help decarbonize buildings worldwide as quickly as possible!

Are you a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about making a difference? Do you have experience in customer-facing / Sales roles and a background in Real Estate, HVAC or/and BMS? If so, we encourage you to get in touch!

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Commitment to the cause.
Previous working experience in customer-facing / Sales roles with a proven track record.
HVAC or/and BMS Technical Background is a plus.
Real Estate background is a strong plus.
Data-driven, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous founding experience is a strong plus.

Be responsible for the new business sales process from A to Z.
You qualify leads, give impressive presentations and do whatever it takes to enter into new partnerships.
You will target both SMEs and large (international) organisations.
Be part of the leadership team of the company
Work directly with the founder and CEO to develop and implement the sales strategy and move the company forward
Drive revenue growth by turning new opportunities into deals in the enterprise B2B space
Enlarge existing customers by increasing their DABBEL-managed building portfolios
Work with the team to continuously optimize the sales strategy and procedures
Work in a well-organized way with clear accountability and OKRs

We decarbonise commercial buildings worldwide in the a frictionless way


AI-Autonomous Building Management System with the ability to self-manage building control systems more efficiently than any human. Controls include, but are not limited to, building temperature, ventilation and lighting. The core makes its own decisions, through a self-learning, self-adapting and self-configuring system.

The building sector accounts for 40% of the energy consumption and 36% of CO2 emissions in Europe. More than 50% of this energy is inefficiently used and more than 28% of this is due to human error or incorrect control.DABBEL can help to reduce the stock of inefficient buildings, which is currently around 80%. It is a waste of energy leading to unnecessary CO2 emissions, as well as unhealthy and unproductive working and living conditions. Current systems are insufficient intelligence, have a long expensive and difficult implementation process to achieve the goal of truly healthy and green buildings.
