• Energy tingles in your fingers to develop technical products and solutions from scratch based on our customer's needs? Go ahead – we trust in your expertise as an experienced developer.
• You have the drive to build a scaling SaaS product and experience in agile product and software development.
• With your analytical and project management skills, it is easy for you to create the product roadmap and manage its execution.
• Keeping the big picture in your mind is relevant to you, and at the same time, you are aiming for pragmatic implementation of solutions.
• You are willing to travel to Jena or Munich and, ideally, you are fluent in German and English.
• Does the technical co-founder role appeal to you? Then you're probably also up for building and leading teams with the challenges of remote leadership.

We are a young company in the HR-tech-/digital industry that wants to grow fast and has ambitious targets. After six months of operation, we now have over 31 paying customers with an order volume of > €360K. And for the next growth steps, we need a solid platform.
