For a Tech Co-Founder joining Cubismo, the spectrum of tasks would include: 1. **Technical Leadership:** - Spearhead the development of either the back-end utilizing Node.js or the front-end using Vanilla JavaScript. - Ensure the technical stack aligns with the company's strategic goals and vision. - Make architectural decisions and set a clear technical direction for the platform's future. 2. **Development & Code Review:** - Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. - Conduct code reviews to maintain code standards and improve the application’s quality. 3. **Collaboration & Mentorship:** - Work closely with other team members, offering mentorship and promoting a culture of learning and growth. - Collaborate with non-technical team members to translate their needs into technical solutions. 4. **Product Strategy & Vision:** - Participate in product development meetings, contributing to the overall strategy and product roadmap. - Help to prioritize product features and development tasks. 5. **Outreach & Communication:** - Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and potentially investors. - Proficiently present the product and technical decisions to a non-technical audience. 6. **Time Management & Commitment:** - Manage time effectively to balance current commitments with Cubismo responsibilities. 7. **Growth & Adaptation:** - Be prepared for the evolving challenges of a startup environment and be willing to take on various roles as needed. - Drive continuous improvement and adapt to feedback and changing priorities. This co-founder would play a critical role in shaping the company's technological backbone and culture, requiring a blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Produkt-Launch planen und durchführen: Du setzt eigenverantwortlich die Produkt-Launch-Pläne auf und stellst sicher, dass das MVP sowie alle weiteren Feature-Launches effektiv und erfolgreich auf den Markt gebracht werden. Benutzerfreundlichkeit gewährleisten: Mit Deinem Blick auf UX und UI stellst Du sicher, dass die Plattform aus Nutzersicht möglichst intuitiv zu bedienen und einfach zu verstehen ist, dabei hast Du den Blick auf die verschiedenen Zielgruppen der Plattform und verstehst diese. Du überwachst und bewertest die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ständig, um sicherzustellen, dass die Plattform den Bedürfnissen und Erwartungen der Benutzer entspricht. Kundenfeedback sammeln und analysieren: Du sammelst und analysiert ständig das Feedback der Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die Plattform so (weiter-)entwickeln, dass sie den Bedürfnissen und Anforderungen der Kunden entsprechen. Du integrierst kontinuierlich Kunden-Feedback in die Produktstrategie und -entwicklung und passt diese agil und bedarfsgerecht an. Team führen: Du baust die internen und externen Strukturen rund um das Produkt- und Engineering-Team auf und führst diese perspektivisch selber. Dabei sorgst Du für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produkt, Design und Engineering, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktentwicklung in Übereinstimmung mit der Produktstrategie erfolgt. Es ist wichtig, dass Du Deine Vision und Strategie klar kommunizieren und das Team motivieren kannst.
