Your Role: As the Head of Technology and a third co-founder, you will play a crucial role in the experimental development and optimization of our core asset: our active ingredient. You will have access to multicentric, state-of-the-art research and laboratory infrastructure. Your challenging goal will be the management and supervision of the entire research and development process of the immunosuppressant through the preclinical and clinical phases. Responsibilities: • Lead the experimental development and optimization of the protein-based drug. • Development and implementation of methods to maximize the efficiency and efficacy of the immunosuppressant in preclinical and clinical trials. • Ensuring that the product fulfils all regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g. ICH guidelines). This includes compliance with healthcare guidelines. • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to gather feedback and ensure that the product meets the medical need. • Cooperation and communicating with co-founders, advisory board, partners, investors and other stakeholders to inform about progress, challenges and milestones to align the development process with business strategy.
