You will build and own the commercial engine of Kindex. This includes identifying and approaching the right partners, shaping and refining the partner offer, negotiating terms, and closing agreements with integrity. You will design and test revenue structures such as commissions, packages, pilots, and featured formats, and turn early deals into repeatable, disciplined processes. You will manage a clear pipeline from first contact to long-term partnership, ensuring momentum, follow-through, and decisions. You will work closely with the founder on positioning and sequencing, helping define what comes next and what should wait. The challenge is not speed, but building traction that holds: growing partnerships, revenue, and trust together, without compromising quality or the family ecosystem vision.

Together, we will build this concept from the ground up and turn it into a scalable system. As a founding team, we take full ownership of on-site operations, ensuring product quality, speed and consistency from day one. We will design and implement operational structures, prep systems and clear SOPs that make the concept expansion-ready. At the same time, we shape the brand experience — from kitchen execution to customer touchpoints — making sure that operations and brand positioning are perfectly aligned. As a team, we drive the launch, test, optimize and prepare the model for multi-location growth. We work closely on margins, performance metrics and operational excellence, continuously improving the system. This is not about filling a role. It’s about building something meaningful together — with long-term ambition and real ownership.
As a co-founder, you will take the lead on the commercial and business-building side of the venture. This includes: Shaping the business strategy and business model (pricing, channels, unit economics). Leading fundraising: pitch deck, investor outreach, meetings, and closing the first round. Building partnerships: distributors, retail chains, D2C partners, and marketing collaborations. Go-to-market planning and early traction building. Setting up sales strategy and distribution roadmap (India first, later expansion). Building the initial brand story and positioning together with the team. Working closely with me on execution, supply chain, sourcing, and scaling production. This is an early-stage venture, so it requires high ownership, fast decision-making, and hands-on work.
