As a co-founder, you will take the lead on the commercial and business-building side of the venture. This includes: Shaping the business strategy and business model (pricing, channels, unit economics). Leading fundraising: pitch deck, investor outreach, meetings, and closing the first round. Building partnerships: distributors, retail chains, D2C partners, and marketing collaborations. Go-to-market planning and early traction building. Setting up sales strategy and distribution roadmap (India first, later expansion). Building the initial brand story and positioning together with the team. Working closely with me on execution, supply chain, sourcing, and scaling production. This is an early-stage venture, so it requires high ownership, fast decision-making, and hands-on work.
Financial planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring. Contract preparation and partner coordination (tax advisors, insurers, law firms). Investor relations and capital acquisition. Data protection and IP rights management. Bridge function between company, partners, and external experts. Strategic decision-making authority within your domain.
Entwicklung der Go-to-Market-Strategie (B2C, Amazon, Tierärzte, Influencer, Crowdfunding). Aufbau von Marketing, Vertrieb & Brand. Erstellung von Pitch Deck, Business Case, Pricing-Modell. Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fundraising (Pre-Seed/Seed). Enge Zusammenarbeit mit mir (CTO) auf Augenhöhe.

Leading the current pre-seed investment round (€370,000) as a strategic Business Angel. Taking responsibility as the business-side CEO/Co-Founder, complementing the medical/scientific expertise of the two founding doctors. Developing and executing the complete Multi-Channel-Strategy, starting with "Phase 1: Online-First" (Website, SEO, Ads, Social Media). Driving "Phase 2: Retail Distribution (Scaling)" by leveraging your network into pharmacies, drugstores, and sports retailers . Overseeing operations and preparing for future fundraising rounds.
Business Development: - Enterprise Partnerships aufbauen (Manufacturing, Automotive, Logistics) - Research Teams akquirieren und betreuen - Government/Public Sector Opportunities entwickeln Fundraising & Finance: - Investment Runde mitgestalten und durchführen - Financial Planning und Investor Relations - Funding-Opportunities (EXIST, ZIM, EIC Accelerator) nutzen Operations & Scaling: - Team aufbauen und Prozesse etablieren - Venture Studio Pipeline strukturieren - KPIs definieren und tracken Marketing & Positioning: - "European AI Sovereignty" Story kommunizieren - Brand Building und Content Strategy - PR und Thought Leadership Strategic Leadership: - Company Strategy mitdefinieren - Market Positioning entwickeln - Partnership Strategy festlegen Wichtig: Du gestaltest deine Rolle aktiv mit.
