● Introducing our App to the world, growing our user base and driving the involvement of parents, teachers, schools and other partners
● Generating revenues by increasing subscriptions and maximizing retention
● Overall responsibility to define, develop and execute our marketing and communication strategy to support the company’s overall objectives
● Executing these strategies together with our internal teams, country managers and partners
● Market research to uncover new opportunities, new platforms, channels, partnerships, and third-party integrations
● Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, advertising and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
● Introducing systems to adequately monitor, review and control all marketing and sales activities
● Identifying product, feature and pricing elements that will further strengthen our market position
● Finding the best talents to build and lead a high-performing team

YOUR PROFILE
● Entrepreneur who wants to be part in building an exciting company with worldwide potential
● Proven marketing experience preferably in an e-commerce environment
● Experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
● Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
● Experience in planning, budgeting and monitoring KPIs
● Ability to apply marketing techniques to digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
● A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
● Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
● Fluent in German and English
