You take full technical responsibility for an existing, live AI pipeline and make it robust, reliable and scalable. We need a senior, hands-on builder-architect who works lean and agentic — not a manager who needs a team first.
Production experience with LLM/agentic systems: multi-stage orchestration (research → synthesis → structured output), RAG, validated outputs
Can take over and evolve an existing system, not just build greenfield
Depth in eval, reliability & trust: source-binding, validation gates, confidence calibration, reproducibility
Full-stack enough to start solo: Python, TypeScript/Next.js, infra (Docker/Cloud, Postgres/pgvector)
Drawn to high-stakes, audit-grade AI where correctness beats demo polish
Founded or led production systems (founding/lead engineer), senior track record

Full technical ownership of our existing AI pipeline — run, harden and evolve it, from automated research to a finished, source-bound report (product exists; you make the tech robust and scalable)

Synthesize internal & external data across multiple dimensions
Own technical vision & architecture as co-founder; build a lean, senior team later
