• Cultural & linguistic competence: You have sound, ideally native-speaker knowledge and a deep understanding of the business cultures in China or India. Knowledge of other Southeast Asian markets is a big plus
• Willingness to travel to Asia occasionally
• Experience in building and leading intercultural tech teams

Your Role
As CTO / Co-Founder, you will take on complete technological responsibility:
• Structure of the platform architecture (web/app/API)
• Development of a scalable 4PL system (tracking, routing, WMS/OMS integration)
• Technical management of a small team (Start: China/Vietnam + DE)
• Choosing the tech stack strategy and cloud architecture
• Build a robust MVP and later a scalable product
• Development of high-performance IT interfaces for our partners and SME customers in the Asian region
• Close cooperation with the CEO (Supply Chain, Sales, Product)
You decide how we design the platform technologically and are responsible for the entire engineering.

• Development of the MVP (Shipment Management, Customer Portal, API)
• Development of integrations (Customers, Customs, Carrier, Warehouse, Payment)
• Data Layer für Tracking, Events & Analytics
• Roadmap planning together with the CEO
• Automation of recurring supply chain processes

Engineering Leadership
• Building & leading an international dev team
• Introduction to DevOps / CI/CD / Testing
• Code-Quality, Security & Scalability
Strategic

• Definition of the long-term tech strategy
• Make informed decisions between in-house vs. partner development
