We’re looking for a technical co-founder, not an employee. You should have strong experience in building and scaling software products, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy environments. You’re opinionated about architecture but pragmatic in execution. You care about code quality, system reliability, and developer experience, and you’re willing to take real ownership — technically and economically.
Startup experience is a strong plus, but mindset matters more than titles.

- Define and own the overall system architecture
- Build and evolve ClaimOS as an AI-native platform
- Make key decisions around stack, infrastructure, and tooling
- Establish engineering standards, processes, and culture
- Hire and mentor future engineers
- Work closely with product, customers, and partners on real-world integrations
