You should bring:

- A completed degree in Business, Communication, Management, Technology, or a related field — or you are currently in your final year (5th / 6th semester or higher).
- First practical experience in a startup, consulting, business development, or marketing environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English — written and verbal.
- Experience working with PowerPoint, ideally in a professional or academic context.
- A high affinity for technology, SaaS, and AI, and curiosity to learn about automation, workflow optimization, and product scaling.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you don’t wait for tasks, you find opportunities to contribute.
- A desire to grow into a leadership role as Leanr continues to scale.

- Support the founders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Conduct and optimize beta tests with pilot customers.
- Participate in customer calls, demos, and onboarding.
- Support in campaign planning, market analysis, and growth projects.
- Develop data-driven reports and strategic decision papers.
- Build internal processes, tools, and documentation for scalable operations.
