Accessibility fluency (WCAG 2.1 AA basics; reduced motion; contrast; focus).
Clear communication in English; structured specs and async collaboration.
Comfortable with startup pace, ambiguity, and owning outcomes end-to-end.

Das erwartet Dich
Create a distinctive mascot/character system (poses, expressions, states) with a reusable style guide.
Deliver production assets and usage rules (scalability, contrast, tone, do’s/don’ts).
Prepare assets for motion (rigs, layers, naming conventions).
Motion & Micro-Interactions:
Design UI animations/pop-ups that are lightweight and accessible.
Export to Lottie (JSON) and/or SVG sprite sheets; supply implementation notes (durations, easing, triggers).
Optimize for performance (size budgets, lazy-loading guidelines) and accessibility (reduced motion preferences, focus states, ARIA where relevant).
UI/UX Design:
Audit and improve the current UI; establish a design system (tokens, components, states).
Build and maintain Figma libraries with clear specs (paddings, constraints, naming).
Run quick user tests, iterate from metrics, and help shape A/B experiments.
Collaboration & Delivery:
Work in short cycles with the CTO; provide dev-ready handoff (Figma specs, redlines, assets, code snippets if needed).
Create a lightweight brand/motion playbook for consistency.
