CTO gesucht für mentorbid

I am looking for a hands on CTO to take technical ownership of the codebase of mentorbid.com. I was developing the platform for 3 months already and want to take it live soon. Currently (Aug 27, 2025) it is in Closed Beta. mentorbid.com

You will lead the entire technical side of Mentorbid: from shaping our product architecture to scaling the platform and building the tech team. You’ll work closely with the founder to define and execute the roadmap.

Spectrum of Tasks

Architecture & Development
Design and own the technical architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations).
Lead the further development of the existing MVP (Next.js/React, Supabase, Stripe Connect, Daily.co, LinkedIn, FB, Google OAuth).
Ensure security, scalability, and performance from day one.

Product & Strategy

Translate product vision into a lean and scalable tech roadmap.
Evaluate and integrate third-party services (payment, video, auth, analytics).
Contribute actively to product decisions and mentor experience.
Leadership & Team Building
Build and lead the future engineering team (recruit, coach, define culture).
Set up agile workflows, code quality standards, and devops processes.
Foster a culture of fast iterations, ownership, and smart innovation.

Operations & Growth

Manage infrastructure, hosting, and deployment.
Implement analytics and monitoring for product usage and growth.
