• Previous experience with multi-agent systems and scalable data architectures is a plus
• Ability to lead technical development by your own - either as a senior engineer, team lead, or similar
• Comfortable with hands-on coding while working with external developers
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to technology-focused on business impact rather than tech for tech’s sake
• Ideally based in Munich or surroundings, or open to occasional in-person collaboration
• Startup experience is not required, but a mindset for ownership and building from scratch is essential
