CTO gesucht für Business Butler

I'm looking for a motivated doer with a strong background in AI and tech who does not shy away from big, ambitious projects. Since we'll be founding Business Butler together, some management experience would be ideal. In a perfect world, you'd not only oversee the deployment of various versions of the online service (or handle it yourself if that seems more efficient), but also take charge of the technical processes and lead tech-related teams. Since I'm handling all administrative, HR, sales, and marketing tasks, there's no urgent need for you to have strong skills in these areas.

As the CTO of Business Butler, you'll take on a wide range of responsibilities related to app development and bringing our vision to life from the tech side. Our immediate next step is to release and refine the MVP so we can begin real-world testing and roll out the service to our first customers.

First, the obvious: we have our own project, one we believe in and want to invest our time and energy into. Second, we have the freedom to manage our time however it suits us. Now, a less general but meaningful advantage: as co-founders of Business Butler with an equal equity split, we share true co-ownership and collaborate as equals. Lastly, on a more personal note: I’m usually good at creating a positive atmosphere, and many people have said I’m fun to work with. As we will spend a lot of time together (virtually or in person), I guess that also might make a difference.

Herausforderungen

The next challenge to tackle is the deployment of an MVP in order to start testing the product in real environments. As the product is very tech-heavy, and I´m more out of the management sphere, I am looking for a tech-savvy co-founder so we can rise to the next stage together.

The first target group will be small businesses in Germany, slowly broadening the target group while becoming experts in different sectors.
