Since I'm covering the whole tech/design domain (CTO tasks), you should be confident in handling company management, marketing, and sales.

Most important skill: You need to be good with people. In the beginning, it's all about getting coffee shop owners on board. Otherwise, you have fun pushing this project forward and you don't give up easily.

Since we're doing a trial in Hannover, you need to stay in Hannover at least for some weeks. Otherwise, remote work is fine. Because our market is in Germany, you MUST speak German.

Coffee shop finder app specialized in deals to fill non-peak times of coffee shops. Explore new coffee shops while saving money.

Exploresso tries to make both coffee shop owners and customers happy. While the coffee shop owner can fill non-peak times, the customer saves money and explores new coffee shops.

Main features customer:
- Versatile filter to find the best coffee shop for the customer. Much more specific than Google Maps can ever be.
- Use deals to save money in coffee shops. Those deals depend on the coffee shop and can be anything from a 50% discount to a free item. Users around the coffee shop area are notified when new deals are posted.
- Loyalty cards for frequent coffee shop drinkers.

- Filling non-peak times through the help of deals.
- Digitalizing loyalty cards and keeping customers.
