Your role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced (cofounder) Head of Engineering/ Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our future team of developers and shape our technical roadmap. In your role you will lead our technical initiatives, driving innovation, and overseeing the development of cutting-edge digital solutions in the oncology health space.
As part of the executive team you will shape the overall technology strategy and drive the implementation of our vision. Your expertise in software development, project management, and team leadership will be crucial to our success.


Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in software development, with knowledge in Javascript, Typescript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Postgres, Dart, and Flutter.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and managing a development team.
Demonstrated experience in building and scaling complex software solutions, ideally within the healthcare or digital health sector.
Deep understanding of agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and software engineering best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and impactful solutions.

Provide strategic leadership and vision for our technical initiatives, aligning them with our business objectives and growth plans.
Build and manage a team of skilled developers, can be in-house and freelance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Drive the full development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Define and implement best practices and development standards, utilizing modern technologies and frameworks such as Javascript, Typescript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Postgres, Dart and Flutter.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance our product offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
Manage the technical budget, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring efficient delivery of projects while maintaining a high level of quality.
