We are looking for a personality with founding ambitions (and optimally previous founding experience) to support the growth of the company and its operations. We are currently a team covering RnD, the technical side of product management, business development, sales and marketing. What we are looking for is additional competencies to build and cover all the capacities a company needs beyond developing, making and selling the product.

We have raised a first investment, have first customers and spend a lot of time selling and further developing our technology. This takes away attention from the development of our company as an organization that runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively while growing in all directions. The prime role of the candidate is to cover exactly these aspects while navigating the everyday necessities of the business.

We will initially offer a "classical" employment-contract, but there is a perspective to gain equity.
