You should bring experience in programing, designing, administrating and/or developing websites and be willing to continously upgrade your knowledge. Because this is a startup, we do not expect an expert. What you should bring however are the needed basics.

Design our homepage, find ways to implement new functions into our homepage, get creative and help us expanding, take responsibility

You will take responsibility from the beginng and are part of the leading-board. You can bring in your own ideas and discuss them with us. Once our reputation is growing and we are posting more and more content, you will get the chance to recruit and lead our IT-team.

Note: We cannot pay you for your service until our business generates enough income. This opportunity is a high-risk/high-reward decision.

The chance to support and create an ambitious digital project. The foundation and idea are set, the progress has already started. However, crucial tasks are still ahead. We want to develop certain groups in this project: And it may be you who will administrate and manage one of these branches. What we need right now are IT-Specialists, especially Webdesigners, -administrators and programers. We also need Authors, Content-Creators and Networkers.

What we cannot offer is payment in any form, at least during the starting period. If successful however, there will be some top-management-jobs waiting for you - because you would be the one who builds and leads a part of the Business.

Herausforderungen

Due to the immense size of the project, we do need a lot of financial support. Most of it will be used to pay future employees, though this is not an issue right now.
