Ideal candidate profile should bring:
- (the most important!) commitment and drive to create excellent product and learn / grow / take more responsibility on the go - with startup "lets do it" mentality
- advanced knowledge of AI models like llama2, gpt4; libraries like pandas, pytorch; tools like jupyter notebooks
- at least basic knowledge of the mobile app ecosystems, tools like S3, git
- working experience with HTTP APIs, Containers, Cloud
- ability to transfer customer needs / feedback and business requirements, combined with AI insights and approaches into pragmatic, product-oriented solutions
- ability to stay up-to-date and learn in the fast evolving universe of tools in the AI realm like langchain, llamaindex etc. – and to share insights from that with the team
- (ideally) experience as PO and/or agile teams management and/or tech startup
- (optional) data science experience, incl. introduction of AI / deep learning models, good in setting up right data structure (to allow for different analytics use cases later)
- (optional) experience with image recognition models

You get a chance to join as a co-founder and shape together the core of our product by implementing AI-based features and supporting overall app development.

Core responsibilities:
- Leveraging state-of-the-art AI methods and solutions available on the market (like RAG, agents, finetuning, embedding) as well as creation of new AI models to support AI-powered feature development (e.g. chat or digital try-on functionality)
- Co-development of the backend and/or frontend (depending on your preferences and skills)
- Deriving requirements for new data and AI from customer feedback and our product roadmap
- Extending and refining the data as well as data quality management
