Searching for an experienced technical co-founder with a strong fullstack and AI/ML/RAG skills and cloud/API expertise to join as a CTO. You get a chance to join as a co-founder a startup with a good head-start (ideation + MVP heavy-lifting are done already), shape and develop together the core of the product further and scale this startup to success.

Ideal profile:
- Experienced full-stack (or backend) developer with RAG & API building skills, vector DB, AI, cloud infrastructure & data engineering affinity, who knows how to build products E2E in an agile way keeping scalability in mind (first start-up experience preferable), is well-organized and has strong tech leadership & PO skills (or willingness to develop into those)
- Preferrable tech stack knowledge includes C#, Postgress, Semantic Kernel, Google Vertex AI (as CTO you can and should be capable to transition to a new set-up if needed)
- Bubble (demo/website frontend) and/or Comfy UI, Stable Diffusion (related to a potential feature) experience are a plus (not required though)

Required set-up & commitment:
- Start: directly (within 2-4 weeks)
- Required availability: ideally fulltime (minimum 50% commitment acceptable initially)
- Working location: remote, with occasional co-working in Frankfurt

Further requirements:
- unlimited working allowance in Germany (required for non-citizens)
- English as a working language (additionally, German proficiency is preferable)
- readiness to bootstrap if needed for 6 months & nominal buy-in into the company

You will join as a co-founder, shape and develop together further the product and scale this startup to success.

Your core responsibilities:
- leading backend development and API-based tech integrations by B2B clients (esp. in the first year - hands-on coding yourself)
- building up our tech team incl. coordination of external freelancers
- testing and introducing new AI methods and solutions (RAG, AI agents, ML, genAI)
- tech product roadmap management and implementation
- managing website and set-up of tech demos
- administration of our cloud-based tech architecture, DevOps
- strategic decisions on overall IT architecture
- data architecture, quality management and data security

You will join an AI startup with a good head-start:
- MVP backend developed and live-demo launched
- part of the prestigious Vision Lab accelerator from Earlybird VC following a top 5 finish at the Hessian.AI incubator
- created an initial team & 4 strong advisors with domain expertise
- have a solid plan for GTM and close to signing pilots
- started already preseed fundraising activities
- created good community and media buzz around us
- pitched on such events like Slush!, EBAN, AI Everything Global

About your future co-founder:
- Kseniya (37, Frankfurt, fulltime) - 15y experienced ex-McKinsey operations tech savvy, digitalization & lean expert, business-builder with domain knowledge & strong startup / business / investor network
- Key areas I am and happy to continue having a lead on: strategy, pitching & networking, sales & negotiations, investor relationship & applications, marketing & PR, admin & overall project management, product ownership & user testing
