A technical cofounder who understands how to take a web app to market. Someone who is willing to 'roll up their sleeves' while we are in these early stages. Be accountable. Be comfortable in challenging my ideas and having theirs challenged. Someone motivated to create a positive social impact.

The platform has been built using: Prisma/Postgres, Next.js, Typescript, Material UI, and Style Components. So working knowledge of this would be great.

Implementation of two-sided marketplaces is always difficult, so there are a number of things to be mindful of. Developing the network effect of referrals from the community (candidates and referrals) will be a bit of work. The recruitment market is saturated.
