Firmware/App developer gesucht für IOT Startup / Smart lighting

I'm looking for a developer for IOT-firmware or an app developer (best case you can do both :D )
Lora has a ESP32-S3 microcontroller so you should probably know c++

You will be the lead developer of Lora's firmware or app.
We will outline the requirements and than it's up to you how to make them a reality (cause I don't know exactly how 😅).

I can offer a lot of flexibility and freedom in decision making.
Lora is pretty far in development, so there is a clear frame for the development.
Everything else has yet to be figured out.

Herausforderungen

Our biggest challenges will be the successful launch on kickstarter and the following market launch.
In addition there is a need for firmware, a complementary app and there is room for improvement on the social media side.

We are focusing on a B2C audience, therefor highlighting the benefits of human centered lighting and the enhancements for daily life.
