- Experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or similar leadership role in a technology-driven startup

- Strong background in mobile app development, preferably with experience in the dating or social networking industry

- In-depth knowledge of modern software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, React JS, as well as familiarity with backend technologies and databases

- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and infrastructure management
