We are looking for a candidate with high self-motivation, resilience, adaptability, and the willingness to grow in a fast-paced company. You should optimally already have an established network of outdoor-friendly people and possible leads.

Being a Startup tasks change and evolve quickly as the business does, although the main focus would be on building up community, generate leads and sales from within your network and repeat business.

Ability to travel to the destinations we offer and to take part in courses and tours in the mountains. A remuneration based on generated revenues that can grow exponentially within the next couple of years. The possibility to shape the company and to be a co-manager.
