- Structure the investment case with details and business plan
- Analyze the market and opportunities
- Identify high quality producer networks and run cost and price calculations
- Build the company and team from scratch with our support and guidance.
- Developing and driving the brand and business network into international markets.
- Managing the overall operations and resources of the company
