What we offer

Rivo Meals is a digital canteen for offices, the lunch perk people actually show up for. The company funds a fresh daily meal, tax-free under Germany's Sachbezug rule, so it costs the team nothing and the company less than a raise. We cook it, deliver it, and run ordering and billing on one platform: one invoice, zero admin. Then we go where no one else does, scan any bowl to trace every ingredient back to the farm, served in reusable packaging with zero waste.

Target group

Leipzig companies with 35 to 250 staff and no canteen, too big to ignore lunch, too small to run their own. We win through HR and People teams, finance signs off, and employees keep it alive by ordering every day.

Challenges

Finding pilot customers and turning our pilot into paying clients. Building client density so every delivery run pays. Scaling kitchen capacity without losing quality. And the big one: I run product, tech, and operations solo, so I'm looking for a Leipzig co-founder to own sales and growth.

Our Story

At my previous company in Munich, lunch was subsidised and delivered daily, so no one had to think about food before work. The lunch break became my favourite part of the day. We'd sit together over different meals, talk weekend plans, swap apartment tips, and connect in a way that doesn't happen over a desk. When I left, I realised Leipzig had nothing like it. So I'm building it here, and taking it further: every bowl is traceable to the farm, so people know exactly what they're eating and where it came from. Better connection, better food, full transparency.
