Founder of Rivo Meals, a B2B digital canteen in Leipzig serving subsidised, tax-free daily lunches. I bring 6+ years in supply chain and logistics, catering experience, and a postgrad in full-stack blockchain development that let me build the platform myself. Seeking a co-founder to scale.
I'm looking for
Looking for a Leipzig-based co-founder with a background in business development and sales, and a strong communicator, to lead growth while I run operations, platform tech, and the kitchen.
I offer
What I offer: a validated model, a working platform, secured kitchen and supply, and a clear go-to-market in Leipzig and Halle. You’d join a business that’s already built, not an idea on paper.
I’m Omar Dibba, founder of Rivo Meals, and my path here runs through technology, food, and logistics.
After a postgraduate degree in full-stack blockchain development in Canada, I moved to Germany and started out working part-time in catering in Munich, which gave me a feel for kitchens and food service from the inside. I then moved into supply chain, transport, and logistics, joining a food-tech company as their transport and logistics planning manager. With 6+ years across the field, I learned how to run lean operations and make the numbers work.
The idea for Rivo Meals is personal. At a previous job I used a daily team-lunch benefit and saw firsthand what it did: it brought people together, gave us a reason to come in, and took meals off our minds completely. That stuck with me, and it became the heart of what I’m building.
The way I work is simple: I move fast, do the work before asking others to, value honesty over politeness, and care about building something good.
