What we offer

A platform that turns ideas into clear, auditable and agentic-ready requirements — enabling expert teams to build trustworthy AI teammates responsibly.

Target group

Yumo works with expert teams regulated industries who face strong compliance demands and need productivity gains. They see high potential in AI agents but lack time, structure and clarity to implement their ideas effectively. Yumo helps them move from ideas to responsible, value-creating AI use cases.

Challenges

Our main challenges are technical and organizational: building an API-first architecture for AI agents, designing a reliable MCP layer, integrating n8n workflows and LLM logic — and proving real value for expert teams early on. Another challenge is selecting the right cofounder (CTO) who shares our vision of human-first AI and wants to build a platform that is both powerful and responsible. Pilots, trust-building and AI Act readiness also play a role as we scale.

Our Story

For years, I worked in digital business and watched talented people struggle with the same frustration: they had ideas, expertise and motivation — but their projects failed at the boundary to IT. Not because they weren’t good, but because no one could translate complexity into clarity. I’ve seen brilliant teams lose trust, momentum and budgets because demands weren’t aligned or actionable. It hurt to watch potential fade simply because the process failed them.

When AI entered the picture, the gap only widened. Suddenly everything seemed possible — and at the same time more overwhelming. What should be automated? What is safe? What creates value? What creates risk later? And who is responsible? I realized that if we didn’t get the “human side” and the “governance side” right from the beginning, organizations would drown in uncertainty and rework.

At the same time, something beautiful became clear to me: AI doesn’t have to replace people — it can elevate them. It can strengthen expert teams, protect judgement, and help humans do the work that truly matters. That’s why I brought my background in Corporate Digital Responsibility into Yumo. Because I wanted to build more than another AI tool — I wanted to build something that protects trust, enhances expertise and helps people grow with AI, not against it.

Yumo is my answer to everything I’ve seen: a way to turn potential into clarity, ideas into real value, and teams into hybrid teams that achieve more — without losing themselves in the process.
