AItoNFT.io is a Germany-based startup building an AI-powered NFT marketplace with an optimized trading system. It offers features including an AI Drop Generator that lets creators draw and generate traits with AI, assemble them into collections, and release drops. Users can create marketplace collections or deploy standardized collection contracts, upload NFTs or generate them with AI, edit and upscale them, and mint them on-chain.


-------------------- CEO (Co-founder) --------------------

Public face of the NFT marketplace and primary external representative; sets vision and strategy with the Founder, leads fundraising, and ensures fast, focused execution.

· Employment type: Full-time, permanent
· External representation: Speak at events, handle press, lead investor & partner meetings; establish thought leadership in AI/Web3.
· Fundraising & investor relations: Build pipeline, update pitch/story, negotiate terms, manage investor updates.
· Company leadership: Set OKRs, manage budget & runway, prioritize hiring, oversee legal/admin with counsel.

· Hands-on from Day 1; lead by doing.
· Discipline over Motivation Mindset
· Excellent storytelling and communication (atleast EN/DE).

· Community building: Manage Social Media, AMAs, creator onboarding, ambassador initiatives.
