Our Story
Our journey started in January 2018 with a web application and an app for corporate health management called Spoins. With the vision to improve health and well-being of employees, we wanted to motivate employees for various health activities. While talking to our pilot customers and their employees, we pivoted around June 2019 and created Yucca; a web application to improve the employee experience by focusing on three key parts that are crucial for employee engagement and which have a direct impact on the turn over rate: onboarding, connecting and team building.
