Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, and supplier negotiation roles, preferably withing atleast either on of the sectors, ie, real estate, retail, e-commerce, or sustainability.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
