Our Story

I invented the bread baking mixture to have a healthy product which is gluten-free, rich in fibers, low carb and high in protein and which tastes delicious. I found the chestnut flour and were really impressed by these nuts. It brings a great taste and lots of vitamins and minerals to the product.
Above that I needed a fast and convenient product which is still 100% natural.
That's the story behind.
