Our Story
HYDRABYTE is a B2B spinoff (Startup) from the Technical University of Dresden. We have developed a universal software application for automatic, collision-free motion planning for industrial robots and multi-robot applications alike. The software is in a early beta stage and has implemented Cobots from Fanuc, Kuka, Franka Emika. In general we can implement any common robot-OEM and type of industrial robot. With the software we have reached TRL-6 (Technology Demonstration) stage.
HYDRABYTE addresses the market segment of all companies who relay on industrial robots for there production. Also on all companies who implement robotic hardware to industrial end customers.
Overall problem setting is: Implementing industrial robots often comes with significant expenses, presenting a major obstacle. Integrating these systems for the first time tends to be a lengthy, difficult, and costly endeavor. Adapting to new tasks might necessitate restructuring the work environment and modifying the functions of robotic workers. Software programming takes appr. 60% of the life-cycle-costs for any working industrial robot. HYDRABYTE is cutting these costs by half. Additionally our solutions is able to manage multi-robot applications in confined spacing, adapting collision avoidance (machine to machine & machine to human) in real-time.
We cut significantly CAPEX and COPEX costs in terms of robot programming (e.g. ramp-up production lines, production changes, simulation robot-line planning etc.).
