Target group
People who want to receive information quickly and specifically, but still prefer digital processing. These are mostly young adults who get information on social media and video platforms but want to consume it for as short a time as possible.
Challenges
Our company is already active in the classic sense of advising and brokering insurance and financial products. For this reason, there are already initial sales. This activity can be continued in order to promote brand building and generate initial income in the start-up phase. The next steps are then the following:
1. Development of the communication platform for product advice with AI and rolling out the platform for the end customer. Promote the product and attract new customers.
2. Implementation of the AI in the existing CRM and the customer app in order to have the service carried out by the AI on the first level. Transformation of the customer structure to the new implementation.
3. Linking all data to analyze and predict future customer behavior and risks.
4. Expansion into other European countries with implementation of the individual processes in the insurance market there.
5. Establishment of a business unit and offer as a white label product for other brokerage companies and insurers.
