Using a targeted, anonymous matching system based on qualifications, skills and expectations, the aim is to circumvent prejudice-based inequalities and focus on the actual potential of each applicant.

Since we are are a tech startup, but currently supported externally by a software developer, we would be happy to have a techie on the founding team in the long term.
