• Process design – designing processes / systems and managing, improving and automating them.
• Employee operations – training employees to handle operations independently and supervising employees in their daily operations
• Finances – managing invoicing, resource / funding allocation and other financial matters.
• Business relationships – engaging in high level talks to secure favorable business relationships + funding for future company growth.
• Inbound communications – managing daily inbound inquiries and/or providing guidance for other employees on how to respond to it

Management of paid budget, paid advertising initiatives, optimizing our strategies through continuous testing.
Web design (is a PLUS) – optimize existing website for leads and donations, creating landing pages eg.
Designing promotional materials, managing all event details e.g. in order to make our project look good at its first public appearance
SEO basics – ensuring that our website is seen by the right people and in the right search results.
Branding/PR – experience in building partnerships and relationships to get some buzz around our project.
Being an expert in the area of public relations + branding isn’t a must, but you should be able to adapt and manage these processes for the emerging brand.

Sales system setup – even if we are not ‘selling’ stuff to make profit, we need to reach the crowd with our mission and convert them into raving fans or maybe even brand ambassadors.
Testing our product’s performance in the open market and refining our pitch and the above mentioned systems along the way
Pipeline management – use and update our CRM with pertinent data.
Getting people onboard - growing the community and the circle of supporters.
