What we offer
We offer our customers specific detection of infectious agents, without limiting the diagnostic spectrum a prior. By using a novel sequencing-based approach we can provide results within hours, rather than days, including detection of resistance against antimicrobials.

Challenges
The project has progressed quite far on the scientific level and is in the progress of being translated into a spinoff business. We are currently in the pre-seed phase and are applying for public start-up funding.
Our Story
From personal experience we know how much suffering and costs can result from the delayed diagnosis of infections in our pets. Hence, we'd like to apply our bioinformatics expertise to improve the diagnostic process in the veterinary practice.
Our founding team shares a work background at Robert Koch Institute in Berlin, Germany. The research arm of our project is currently being continued at Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam.
