Food Integrity is a holistic approach toward food production: food safety, food quality and ethical requirements. The FoodIntegrityStudio digitises the food sector in four key areas:

1. Individualisation of food integrity requirements
2. Smart (mobile) food integrity documentation
3. Risk-based food integrity based on data analyis
4. Return on Invest calculations for new target groups

The studio uses existing IT technologies and technologies which are on the edge (2-5 years) to enter the mass market e.g. deep learning and augmented reality. The FoodIntegrityStudio offers its services as a contractor in projects of customers or initiates its own projects in collaboration with the industry and/or the public sector.
