Hallo, mein Name ist Frank Heinrich und ich betreibe leidenschaftlich die Sportarten Mountainbiking, Dirt Jumping, Surfing, Longboarding, Snowboarding und noch ein paar mehr. Mein Traum war es immer diese Leidenschaft zum Beruf zu machen und das habe ich getan. Seit 1994 bin ich Produktentwickler für Sportartikel und medizinische Produkte. Seit dem Jahr 2007 Bin ich selbständiger Entwickler und Unternehmer in verschiedenen Bereichen. Aber neben meinen echten Passionen habe ich viele weitere Interessen. Manchmal langt ein kleiner Impuls und eine neue Idee ist geboren. Diese gilt es dann einfach umzusetzen. Ich liebe neue spannende Herausforderungen, neue Projekte und dadurch neue Leute kennen zu lernen. Bei der Umsetzung dieser Idee wird es auch zu Stolpersteinen kommen, darum sollte jedes Teammitglied die Fähigkeit haben, selbständig zu handeln und proaktiv Probleme lösen zu können. Trotzdem arbeiten wir als Team und helfen uns gegenseitig wo es geht. Ich biete die Möglichkeit Teil eines Team zu werden, das den Drive hat, gemeinsam Dinge zu bewegen. Unser erstes Etappenziel wird sein, innerhalb von 3 Monaten ein ersten NFT Projekt auf die Beine zu stellen, welches gewinnbringend gestartet werden soll. Je nach Intensität der jeweiligen Aufgabenbereiche, biete ich allen Gründungsmitgliedern eine prozentuale Gewinnbeteiligung.

Hi, my name ist Marco and I am looking for passionate founders and entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas or already established products, who are seeking for creative co-founders or specialists in project management, marketing and finance. Already during my studies at WU, I started my first self-employed job as an advertising agency in 2014. After two years in advertising, in 2016 I started my first startup project together with a colleague - a smartphone app that always shows you the latest events and restaurant openings in the city. After working on it for about 1.5 years, we had to stop the project as our business experience wasn't big enough at that point to really bring the project to success. From 2017 - 2019, I then worked as CFO at a fintech startup, where I was mainly responsible for financial planning and acquiring private capital and public funding together with the founder. One year of that I lived in London to raise the company's profile in the fintech scene there. After deciding to start something of my own again in 2019, I co-founded the service-oriented user research company rapid user feedback (user-feedback.at) with a colleague. In the last two years, with the help of research grants and customer projects, we have been able to build the company together into a well-running service company that currently has 3 employees. However, since it was clear to me from the beginning that I would like to work on a product with scalability potential again, I have decided to step down from my active role in 2022 and remain only a shareholder. Therefore, I am currently looking for like-minded people to start a new challenge.
